We’ve seen and done it all.

Off Broadway shows. Circus acts. Theme park celebrations. Live television. Our leadership team learned to swim in the deep end of the pool. By pairing our diverse backgrounds with decades of experience in high-stakes event production, we create memorable experiences across the globe.

We’re from the Republic of Fandom.

We know your people because we are your people. Core memories made in the AV Club. More at home in cosplay than streetwear. Rebuilding a DeLorean DMC-12 in the garage (for the eighth time). We pledge allegiance to fandom, and we want your attendees’ experience to be everything senior prom was supposed to be. Plus so much more.

We don’t play the imitation game.

“Fake it ‘til you make it” has no place around here. Passionate fans can always spot a poser, and we have no interest in being assigned that label (or resurrecting any other form of middle school trauma, thanks). That’s why we don’t settle for surface-level mirroring. No matter the niche, when given the opportunity to share your stage, genuine connection is our only aim.

Stealth mode is our forte.

We sniff out problems before they occur and excel at executing the unseen tasks that make an event feel effortless. A true extension of your team, we’ll integrate so seamlessly into your internal systems that you’ll probably forget we’re not employees at some point.
